🔎 What you'll discover about AI
An AI writing helper guesses the next word that usually comes after the words before it. When you give it your ideas, it builds sentences around them.
🛠 AI helpers you could use
- Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini (with a grown-up) — a grown-up helps you type and read the replies
- An AI picture maker (with a grown-up) — use whichever image helper your grown-up trusts
- Or use your favourite AI helper
Tip: you can always use your favourite AI helper instead — just keep a grown-up nearby.
🪜 How to build it
Day 1
- Pick who your story is about and where it happens. Tell the AI helper your idea.
- Ask it for a short story with a beginning, a problem, and a happy ending.
- Read it together and change any parts you do not like. You are the boss of the story.
Day 2
- Split your story into three or four parts and write one line for each.
- Make or draw a picture for each part.
- Put the words and pictures together into a little book and give it a title.
